One of the oldest manufacturers of large infrastructure parts, and a 100 year-old family business, Steward Machine Co. needed a brand refresh that honored its past, but focused on the future.
Original imagery from the early 1900's was used in the identity system as well as during the typographic exploration for the logo.
The refreshed logo featured an S made of interlocked shapes, playing of themes of welding and connection.
